. From time to time and in line with customer expectations and legislative changes, our privacy policies and procedures will be reviewed and, if appropriate, updated.

Your security is protected by the use of a SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate. SSL uses a cryptographic system to protect data such as credit card numbers and other personal data. Delivery
Orders received before 1 pm Australian EST are usually dispatched from small indulgences within 24 hours. Standard delivery time for metropolitan Australia is 48 hours. If a product is not available within a specific order, we will notify you and send at no additional cost for delivery or provide a refund on that individual product.
Orders are not dispatched until full payment has been received.
Claims
Claims must be lodged within 7 working days once you have received the goods. If sent by courier, please check all goods before signing receipt of delivery.
We suggest that all goods be checked on receipt before signing. If goods are damaged the details should be recorded on the consignment note and dealt with directly between yourself and the courier. Once goods leave small indulgences, we are not responsible for damages or loss during transit. For large orders, we are able to provide insurance at an additional cost.
